The gigs are inconsistent
You rely on luck, incoming messages or the same few contacts, without a repeatable way to create more opportunities.
A new 1:1 six-week program for working musicians
A practical six-week program for musicians who can already perform and want to get more gigs, earn more consistently and operate more professionally.
We will talk through where you are, where you want to go, and whether the pilot is a good fit.
The gap nobody teaches
You can be more than capable on stage and still struggle to create reliable work around that ability.
You rely on luck, incoming messages or the same few contacts, without a repeatable way to create more opportunities.
Your photos, video, offer or online presence do not yet make it obvious why a venue, client or bandleader should choose you.
Pricing, follow-up, bookings, admin and growth are handled one decision at a time instead of through a professional system.
The working-musician flywheel
I created the Working Musician Flywheel to identify the weakest part of your music career and focus first on what will move your immediate goals forward. Each time we work through the cycle, we make practical improvements, go deeper and level up again.
The goal is to become the kind of musician people want to hire, recommend and book again.
The six-week framework
Each week combines a practical framework with a private working session, so we can apply it to your real gigs, market and goals.
Strengthen the repertoire, setup, confidence, stagecraft and practical skills needed for the gigs you want next.
Clarify what you offer and make your photos, video, bio, brand and online presence feel safer and easier to book.
Map where your work can come from and build stronger visibility with venues, clients, agencies and other musicians.
Turn good performances into residencies, repeat bookings, reviews, referrals and relationships that keep working.
Improve the systems behind quotes, contracts, deposits, invoices, client information, follow-up and everyday admin.
Build a realistic plan around better rates, stronger packages, multiple setups, more opportunities and greater capacity.
What the pilot includes
Built by a working musician
I started in original bands, managing tours, arranging radio interviews, marketing releases and even securing a small-label record deal. We played national tours and international shows, but I was not building reliable income from music.
Everything changed when I began working with experienced cover musicians. I went from playing one gig every few weeks to regular weekends, weddings and events, then worked as a session drummer across more than twelve established bands.
When COVID disrupted the band I relied on, I built my own path as a frontman and business owner. That meant learning how to sell the act, win bookings, read rooms, manage clients, build multiple performance formats and keep the calendar moving.
I am not a touring superstar, and I am not here to teach you how to become famous. I am a working musician who learned how to make being a working musician actually work.
Who this is for
The Accelerator is for musicians who are capable of performing and want to become more deliberate about the career and business around it.
Three pilot places
Book a relaxed 30-minute conversation. We will talk about the gigs you currently play, what you want to improve and where your working-musician flywheel may be getting stuck.
Booking a call does not automatically guarantee a place. I will choose the three musicians whose current situation most closely matches what I can help with and who I genuinely believe will gain the greatest value from the six weeks.
